Madison Rose is located in New Zealand, however, we are happy to send our gorgeous products around the world. You will need to contact us for a delivery quote here.

New Zealand Urban Delivery: 1-2 working days
New Zealand Rural Delivery: 3-4 working days
International Delivery: Please allow 3 weeks (Madison Rose has no control over any customs or import duties that could be applied when your package reaches its country of destination. You are solely liable for these potential charges.)


EXTRAS

All orders will be charged in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Gift Wrapping: YES! We love to do this. Please pop a message in the comment box when making your purchase

Once we have your order packed, we then call the NZ courier person and wait for them to come and collect your gorgeous purchase. You will then receive an email from us to let us know it’s on the way and then you wait (we know, it can be hard!)

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Request for a refund or exchange must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Contact Madison Rose here

Returns must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging condition with all tags, packaging and your receipt. We reserve the right to offer a refund or credit note or a replacement if it is available. Freight and delivery charges will not be refunded nor credited.

EXCLUSIONS

PRELOVED FASHION: No returns or exchanges. As we sell on consignment, we are unable to accept returns for any items purchased. We will, however, meet our obligations under the Consumers Act. Many garments are from International designers, therefore, the sizing is different to NZ’s. We will always provide a NZ size in our description. Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing, we will love to help you. 

VINTAGE HOMEWARE: No returns or exchanges. From time to time, we are super lucky to have some vintage homewares on our website. These are generally sourced from France. As they are old, they will have imperfections from being used which is why we love them so much – they have a story to tell! We will always note and photograph any imperfections so that you can make an informed decision prior to purchasing as we are unable to accept returns for these items.

COSMETICS/CREAMS/TOILETRIES: No returns or exchanges unless they are faulty. 

 

If you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We are not obligated to accept any goods for return because you have changed your mind.
