What hours are you open?
We are open Tuesday - Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm.

When will my order arrive?

Can I sell my clothing with you?
We select clothing and accessories that compliment our boutique and are sought after by our customers. Garments must be clean and/or dry-cleaned and in perfect saleable condition, subject to Madison Rose’s discretion. Please read more about how to sell with us here.

Can I return my items?
Most items can be returned with the exception of pre-loved, vintage, cosmetics, creams and toiletries. Please read more on our returns policy here.
