What hours are you open?
We are open Tuesday - Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm.
When will my order arrive?
At Madison Rose we aim to ship items as quickly as possible, within our shop opening hours. Processing will be within 1 -2 working days – please do let us know if your order needs to be processed urgently. Once we have your order packed, we then call the NZ courier person and wait for them to come and collect your gorgeous purchase. You will then receive an email from us to let us know it’s on the way and then you wait (we know, it can be hard!)
For most urban areas the courier will take 1-2 working days and in rural areas it can take between 3-4 working days. Once your order is with the courier, it is out of our control for any delays in delivery times. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday.
Can I sell my clothing with you?
We select clothing and accessories that compliment our boutique and are sought after by our customers. Garments must be clean and/or drycleaned and in perfect saleable condition, subject to Madison Rose’s discretion. Please read more about how to sell with us here.
Can I return my items?
Preloved – as we sell on consignment, we are unable to accept returns for any items purchased. We will, however, meet our obligations under the Consumers Act. A lot of our garments are from International designers, therefore, the sizing is different to NZ’s. We will always provide a NZ size in our description

Vintage – from time to time, we are super lucky to have some vintage homewares on our website. These are generally sourced from France. As they are old, they will have imperfections from being used which is why we love them so much – they have a story to tell! We will always note and photograph any imperfections so that you can make an informed decision prior to purchasing as we are unable to accept returns for these items.
If you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are not obligated to accept any goods for return because you have changed your mind.
Contact with Madison Rose must be made within 10 days of your order if you are wishing to return your purchase. After that time, we are sorry but we cannot accept the return.
Returns must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging condition with all tags and packaging and your receipt. We reserve the right to offer a refund or credit note or a replacement if it is available. Freight and delivery charges will not be refunded nor credited.
Some exclusions apply and that is cosmetics, creams and toiletries unless they are faulty.
